NeverAgain Posted January 23, 2020 Report Share Posted January 23, 2020 We are moving a user to a new computer and have deactivated Nitro from the old system but when trying to activate Nitro on the new system, it isn't recognizing our serial number. I am pulling the serial number directly from the order confirmation email we received on 11/09/2019. Please advise on how we can get this sorted. Thank you.
