Installation Wizard Failed

Hi NITRO,

 

The experience with the Installation un-installation, deactivation activation with your program is absolutely frustrating and ridiculous.

Your Nitro Pro 12 program has been crashing my PC all the time so i removed it in the hope that when re-install i will get the issue fixed.

Alas, UNABLE TO INSTALL EVEN. Your installation Wizard fails all the time.

How on earth am i supposed to use what i paid for even if i cannot install it?

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro 12. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

I have the same issue. After the window  10 crashed with a blue screen. I restore computer to an early restored point and have an issue with nlssrv32.exe error. I uninstalled Nitro Pro 12 and try to install it back. However, I have the Nitro Pro setup wizard fails. please, provide me instructions to fix it.
