Problem re-activating

I have replaced my computer with a new build but am not able to register my version of NitroPro 11.

I got the  -23 Error - License number already used

I followed the link to the webpage and followed the other link to the 'Need Help Activating Nitro Pro?' page and entered my licence number.

The page came up with

Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro.

Serial Number 234600-xxxxxx-yyyyyy
Version 11
Status active
Number of Activations 2
Number of Activations Allowed 2

 

I clicked on Deactivate and the page now shows

Serial Number 234600-xxxxxx-yyyyyy
Version 11
Status active
Number of Activations 0
Number of Activations Allowed 2

 

But I still get the -23 Error when I attempt to activate.

This is all very frustrating and time consuming.  I am sorry to say that I am not impressed with the customer service so far, as I have been trying for 2 days to find a way of contacting Nitro, without success.

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy 

As a courtesy, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

 

Alternatively, if you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13.

I am having the same issue as above. 

I have deactivated the license on my old computer and would like to activate it on my new one. However, I get the same error message as mentioned above. 

Can you help me with this issue please?

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
