Nitro Pro 10 constantly crashing when starting OCR

Dear Community,

I seem to have an issue with my OCR Add-on in Nitro Pro 10.

Every time I try to analyse a PDF using OCR, the Program crashes.

I would really appreciate some assistance here as this feature was one major reason for me to upgrade from Adobe Acrobat freeware to Nitro.

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy 

As a courtesy, I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. If that did not help, could you please provide the following information?:

-Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 11.x.x.x, e.g. 10.5.9.9) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
