WAS THERE AN UPDATE TO NITRO PRO

Having trouble when saving documents.  The information disappears after saving.  Was there an update to the software that caused this problem.  I was not having the problem on Monday but started having the problem on Thursday.  Can someone in tech support please contact me to fix this problem.
