Mr. Z 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2020 Today, I went to upgrade 5 licenses to the latest version via the https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade page. 4 of the licenses worked, but the 5th one said it was unable to validate serial number. I contact sales and they said to post a message here. The license is marked as an Active Status in the License portal, so not sure what's going on. Really hoping to get this resolved quickly. Thanks! I just made an adjustment on your license so please try upgrading again to Nitro Pro 13. If you are still have the same issue, please provide the affected serial number so I can take a further look.
