Lynn Reber Posted January 25, 2020 Report Share Posted January 25, 2020 I have my "primary" and "back up" computers and frequently change computers and need to deactivate Nitro Pro 12 on one computer and activate it on another computer. I am the only user. I needed to use the back up computer and now want to go back to the primary computer and just deactivated it on the back up computer to go back to my primary computer and am unable to activate it. In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab on your primary?
