"Trial" expired

Recommended Posts

My paid-for V13 suddenly tells me 3 months to the day after payment was made that the "trial" has expired.  No warnings that the trial was coming to an end, it just stopped.  When I go to the 'Activate' button in the app it does not respond.  When I go to the licensing portal my licence code is not accepted.  Please correct the problem.

Hello @IJax,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13?

Aside from this, please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab.

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

With regard to the Activate button not responding, are you also receiving any error message like 7089 or 2023?

Thanks and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hello @IJax,

Thank you for the private message.

I am pleased to inform you that we have release Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140 that addresses this reverting to 'Expired Trial' issue so kindly update using below direct installers for the most updated build:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1391155/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1391155/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

If you are not sure which to pick, this will help:  https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790

Should the program reverted to 'Trial' or 'Expired Trial' again, please do not hesitate to reach-out again by replying to this support thread.

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!

Thanks Allain, the problem has been resolved.  Just a pity that it arose in the first place...
