IJax 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2020 My paid-for V13 suddenly tells me 3 months to the day after payment was made that the "trial" has expired. No warnings that the trial was coming to an end, it just stopped. When I go to the 'Activate' button in the app it does not respond. When I go to the licensing portal my licence code is not accepted. Please correct the problem.
AllainU 0 Report post Posted January 29, 2020 Hello @IJax, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13? Aside from this, please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab. To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. With regard to the Activate button not responding, are you also receiving any error message like 7089 or 2023? Thanks and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
