We purchased them during the period just before V12 upgrade and received the free upgrade to V12. We have replaced those computers and want to reactivate the V12 but its saying we are registered V11 only. You previously helped us out with the same problem when we wanted to apply the upgrade from V11 to V12. We have to do this again, sigh. Please assist.
