Part of deciding to purchase Nitro Pro is your unlimited e-signature with signing order. But now the signing order is missing. Can you please explain why this happen? Upon checking your account, I can see you purchased 14 individual single-user licenses, not a Team or an Enterprise license. Kindly note when purchasing a Team license, our Sales Team can only send a quote for a minimum of 20-user license. This team license will only have one master serial number for all 20-users.
