serial number not recognized

We replaced one of our computers and are trying to activate Nitro Pro 10.5.1.17 on the new computer, but the serial number is not recognized. The old computer has been reset to factory settings.  When we try to input the serial number that we got of one of the other computers running the same version, the serial number isn't recognized. The serial number we have has letters and numbers. The prompt states it should only have numbers. Can someone please help us activate Nitro Pro 10 please?

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 10?

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
