Nitro Pro 13 Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely

I have received my license yesterday. Initially i didn't install business edition i've installed online edition then i understand that business edition installation is different so i deleted online edition then try to install Nitro Pro 13 64 bit business edition from the link i recieved. Then it returned me  "Nitro Pro 13 Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely" this error. I have tried many suggestion from this forum but my issue still not solved. Could you please give me advice on this issue. My Operating System is windows 10.
