BrettRead Posted January 31, 2020 Report Posted January 31, 2020 After an upgrade of my Nitro from v12 to v13 I get an error stating my trial has expired. When I try to enter the License Key I get Invalid Serial Number. I have also tried the Activation Portal to deactivate my license but I still get Invalid Serial Number. My company purchased 10 copies of the Nitro Productivity Suite in 2018. How can I activate my product?

Since I am unable to pull-up your Nitro Pro 13 purchase, could you please provide its serial number? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. Thanks and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
