BrettRead Posted January 31, 2020 Report Share Posted January 31, 2020 After an upgrade of my Nitro from v12 to v13 I get an error stating my trial has expired. When I try to enter the License Key I get Invalid Serial Number. I have also tried the Activation Portal to deactivate my license but I still get Invalid Serial Number. My company purchased 10 copies of the Nitro Productivity Suite in 2018. How can I activate my product? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Since I am unable to pull-up your Nitro Pro 13 purchase, could you please provide its serial number? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
