Selecting Multiple Fields in a PDF

I sometimes capture websites as PDFs for future reference.  A number of websites having floating boxes that overlay the text in the PDF.  I found out that Nitro Pro often allows me to select the overlay text and remove it, allowing the underlying text to appear.  Although I can select the individual text blocks, it would be great if I could select multiple text blocks using the technique in  https://www.gonitro.com/user-guide/pro/article/edit-align-and-space-multiple-fields.  Does this specifically refer to fields in which data can be entered?  If so, is there something similar for select multiple text blocks?
