Nitro 6 will not activate in Windows 10

I have 2 activations, and have de activated all of the licenses. However, the Nitro 6 will not let me activate. It only has the deactivate button on the license screen.  Also when  I installed from the disk, the excel convert tab is missing in nitro program. When I installed, it recognized excel/word/powerpoint as installed.  When I type my license number in, it pulls up my previous registration on the troubule with activation screen. Help. I hate windows 10 LOVE Nitro6 have been using for years. Thank you

Nitro Pro 6 was developed, released and then eventually discontinued prior to Windows 10 being released which is why there is no compatibility from the get-go. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy
