To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page, https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Enter your serial number one at a time and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files. Please note, the serial number that belongs to Patrick is no longer valid. That has been upgraded to Nitro Pro 10 a few years ago so that can no longer be used. Please use your Nitro Pro 10 key instead. Hope that helps!
