RCM 0 Report post Posted February 2, 2020 I have used a Neat Desktop scanner ND 1000 and Nitro Pro 11. I would scan with the Neat scanner and use Nitro Pro to edit the documents. Neat now does not make scanners and all I use their software for is to scan to pdf files. They do not support the scanner. I can still scan to pdf but if I want to insert a letter from scanner it gives me a Twain error. My Question is what is my best solution. Would an upgrade in Nitro Pro have the software to scan from my Neat Desktop ND 1000? Or do I need a new scanner with updated software? Thanks! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

If the new version did not fix the scanning issue, have you tried installing a PCL or a PostScript driver for your Neat Desktop Scanner 1000?
