Nitro 10 Installation

We have had to provide a user with the urgent replacement laptop, and they were running Nitro 10 on their original device. We cannot locate the download on our servers or on the Nitro Web Site. All we have is the licence key.

Is there a link to a download for V10, so we can get it installed on the user's new laptop ?
