No license info after imputing serial number

So I am going through the online system, putting in my serial number to get my licensing info so I can put my Pro version 11 on an updated computer.  The old one crashed and I deleted all info off the hard drive, so I do NOT have ANY version 11 on ANY computer.  I put the "Serial Number" in to the box that will "Look-up" my activation code based on my serial number and all it gives me is the same exact serial number as my activation number.  I try to input that in my Pro 11 and it states that that number does not exist.  Tried it about five to six times now and starting to get pretty ticked off.  How do I actual get my "Activation/ License" code from the serial number???
