JamesRobinsonMPMS Posted February 3, 2020 Report Share Posted February 3, 2020 Hello, Our organization has multiple users all using nitro to view, edit, and save pdf documents all off of our Sharepoint site. We have been in talks with Nitro for coming up on two months about an issue regarding saving or closing documents. Our users will frequently lose their ability to save documents to Sharepoint, while others are unable to open or close documents that are automatically pulled when the user launches Nitro. The error that occurs is "Nitro Pro opened some files that were not properly saved to appropriate DMS server.". This error occurs whenever nitro is launched on this pc. It persists through uninstalling and reinstalling the program, removing the temp files, removing app data, running the cleanup tool to do a full uninstall. We have been trying for months to get our users back to their normal workflow but Nitro tech support has not been of any assistance. Any help for advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
