Nitro 9 upgrade to nitro 13 license invalid

I purchase nitro pro 9 in 2014, I was using it with no problem till my computer crashed, and I can not make it to work, I did purchase the upgrade to nitro 13 but still is giving me a error message saying invalid serial number. my serial number was ***
