ThinkCreateGrow 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2020 I am trying to move Nitro Pro 11 from one laptop to another. I properly deactivated the license from the old computer first (Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Deactivate) and the online license tool said I had used 1 of 2 installs. I was unable to activate Nitro Pro 11.08.470 on the new computer even after using the activation portal to deactivate BOTH of Nitro Pro installations. I understand that Nitro Pro does not support version older than 11, but installation requires intervention from support. So, HELP! ---Richard Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
