Nitro 9 upgrade to nitro 13 license invalid

I purchase nitro pro 9 in 2014, I was using it with no problem till my computer crashed, and I can not make it to work, I did purchase the upgrade to nitro 13 but still is giving me a error message saying invalid serial number. my serial number was 234600-xxxxxx-yyyyyy

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.
