Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 6, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 6, 2020 Hello @Terri H, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! For me to better assist you on troubleshooting this issue, could you please provide me with the following?: -Is your server PHYSICAL machine or VIRTUALIZED (e.g. XenServer, VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure or Amazon WorkSpace)? -Is Nitro Pro installed on the server as STREAMED (e.g. using App-V or ThinApp)? -Are you connecting to a Thin Client after logging to your workstation? How may users are connecting to the server? -What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps!
