Senhores, troquei de computador e fui instalar no Nitro Pro 13 em meu novo notebook. Ao tentar ativar, insiro o número de série e ele não me deixa avançar.

Acessei a página: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal e meu número de série não é reconhecido. Como devo proceder?

Em tempo, já desinstalei a versão no antigo notebook.

That license portal does not recognize Nitro Pro 13 serial numbers yet. 

Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number for Nitro Pro 13.
