Activation Not Working

I recently deactivated Nitro on an old computer and am trying to re-enter on my new computer.  It does not work.  It says the serial number entered does not exist.  If i go to the find license portion of the website and type the serial # in it comes up and say that it is active and that I have 2 activations allowed.  It did show 1 activated and 1 allowed but I clicked deactivate and now both are not working.  I sent a request for help to Cleverbridge as the website shows but they answered back and said they cant help me with license/serial # issues and to contact you.  When I click on the link they provided it shows that I am to contact them?!?!?!   I just keep going in circles.  I really need this up and working.  Can someone please help?

Nevermind, I had 13 installed and should have had 12.  It is fixed.
