v_cutler Posted February 10, 2020 Report Share Posted February 10, 2020 Our computers are all reverting back to trial mode in Nitro. We have version 12. When we try to enter in the serial number again it says that we don't have any licenses left. This should not be the case though as we have confirmed with our IT how many people have it installed and it matches the number of licenses we have. Also, since they are all reverting back to trial mode that means there are multiple computers that are currently not even using the serial number.
