I used the online tool and it said my serial number is inactive, Nitro Pro says my serial number can't be activated again. I don't know if Assurance Keys are still valid? mine is NUA1vvvwwwxxxyyy I had this problem before on ticket #52xyz. It appears support maybe third party now so I don't know if that ticket number will cross reference correctly. I've downloaded Nitro Pro from the original download link sent in the ticket number above.
