cpatrick 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2020 (edited) Hi, I recently had to replace my computer and I'm trying to recover my licence for Nitro Pro 10. I used the online tool and it said my serial number is inactive, Nitro Pro says my serial number can't be activated again. I don't know if Assurance Keys are still valid? mine is NUA1vvvwwwxxxyyy I had this problem before on ticket #52xyz. It appears support maybe third party now so I don't know if that ticket number will cross reference correctly.
