If you still encounter an error please contact support. Error code: -7089" Selecting 'Activate' does not bring up any dialog (does nothing). Re-install attempted - no effect. Ran clean up tool - no effect. Tool appears written in October 2017 and has no reference to Nitro 13. We recently released a new build that solved the Error 7089 issue. Please update your copy by downloading the latest build here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/32/000003790 Once your copy is updated, please activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and enter your serial.
