Nitro Pro 13 License Problem

Nitro Pro 13 starts up saying "Nitro Pro has encountered an error with your license. If you still encounter an error please contact support. Error code: -7089"

Selecting 'Activate' does not bring up any dialog (does nothing).

Re-install attempted - no effect.

Ran clean up tool - no effect. Tool appears written in October 2017 and has no reference to Nitro 13.

We recently released a new build that solved the Error 7089 issue. Please update your copy by downloading the latest build here:

If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/32/000003790

Once your copy is updated, please activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and enter your serial.
