GFI LanGuard update breaks license

I use GFI LanGuard for 3rd party software patching.  Recently GFI listed NitroPDF as one of the pieces of software that they can provide updates for so I enabled this so that our software stays up-to-date.  However, after the update was installed, now everyone's license is no longer valid and they have the "extended trial" splash on their installed instance.  We have v13 installed and licensed.  In order to get my users back up and running, I downloaded the latest version, used the editing tool to create the MST file with the license but for some reason it still shows "extended trial".

I've already created a ticket (Nitro Support Case - 00222086), however, I really need help getting my users back up and running first, then deal with figuring out how to properly use LanGuard with your software second.
