JuliaHernandez Posted February 12, 2020 Report Posted February 12, 2020 My NitroPro reverted back to demo mode for some reason and when I go to activate with my serial -copied directly from my purchase email -it gives me an error that says that the serial number does not exist. So I click on the support link it gives me - it then asks for my name and serial number - and on that screen it recognizes it and asks what topic I need help with - so I click activation and takes me back to the activation screen where the cycle starts over. HELP PLEASE! Frustrating to have paid for a product that you can't use and I can't seem to get any phone support?? Thanks!!

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number. To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
