JuliaHernandez Posted February 12, 2020 Report Share Posted February 12, 2020 My NitroPro reverted back to demo mode for some reason and when I go to activate with my serial -copied directly from my purchase email -it gives me an error that says that the serial number does not exist. So I click on the support link it gives me - it then asks for my name and serial number - and on that screen it recognizes it and asks what topic I need help with - so I click activation and takes me back to the activation screen where the cycle starts over. HELP PLEASE! Frustrating to have paid for a product that you can't use and I can't seem to get any phone support?? Thanks!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
