Activation for Nitro Pro 12 Failed

Hello,

I got a new computer and deactivated Nitro Pro on my old one but when I try to activate it on my new computer it says failed.

This is the information I get from the online activating Nitro Pro site:

• Version: 12
• Status: Active
• Number of Activations: 0
• Number of Activations Allowed: 2

When I click deactivate on the website I get the message "Sorry. You may only deactivate 0 devices"
