craig@soundwp.com 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2020 I updated my operating system and am trying to re-activate my Nitro Pro 10 program. When I tried to activate it, it said my serial number does not exist. I was able to confirm that it existed and that I currently had 0 nubmer of activations. craig@soundwp.com 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2020 Thank you that seemed to work. When I completed the install, it said I now was setup for the 14 day trial period.
