greg@psg.com.au Posted February 13, 2020 Report Share Posted February 13, 2020 Hi - I have Nitro Pro 12 which keeps updating to Nitro pro 13 - once it updates it tells me my product is unlicensed and does not except the 12 license. Please try completely uninstalling Nitro Pro from your machine and then reinstall Nitro Pro 12 from here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Once activated, please let us know if the error continues.
