greg@psg.com.au Posted February 13, 2020 Report Posted February 13, 2020 Hi - I have Nitro Pro 12 which keeps updating to Nitro pro 13 - once it updates it tells me my product is unlicensed and does not except the 12 license. How to I stay on 12 until I am ready to upgrade and buy a 13 license. I have to uninstall 13 and put 12 back each time.

Please try completely uninstalling Nitro Pro from your machine and then reinstall Nitro Pro 12 from here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Once activated, please let us know if the error continues.
