However, when I enter the serial number I get an error message saying the serial number does not exist. I currently have Nitro Pro installed on one laptop which I want to keep it on. I also have it installed on an old desktop which has died and does not work. So I want to transfer my licence from the old desktop to my new laptop. I have followed the instructions on the support page to deactivate and then activate, but I get the same error message that my serial number does not exist. Please can you help.
