RSJ Posted February 13, 2020 Report Share Posted February 13, 2020 On 8 Jan 2020, I paid to upgrade a previous version of Nitro Pro to the Nitro Productivity Suite, having been told on the phone by the sales person that I could install and activate the programme on two Windows computers. All went well with the first activation, but on the second installation I constantly get the message that I "have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license", even though it is only currently active on one. An online message and two emails to firstname.lastname@example.org went unanswered, so I contacted sales for another "online chat". I was then told that the serial number "has not been activated or is incorrect" - it has been activated, and it is not incorrect. I was then told that, to resolve this, I would have to post a message on the Community Forum, or pay a further £44 for a 24-hour phone assistance! I was told that Nitro Techs will "absolutely" fix my problem, either by "doing something to the number at their end" or provide me with a "new number". It would be truly wonderful if a Nitro Tech could contact me as soon as possible so I can give them all the necessary details, as the initial lack of communication and now lack of resolution is starting to be frustrating.
