cngo Posted February 14, 2020 Report Share Posted February 14, 2020 Hello, I'm having trouble activating Nitro 11 Pro. My last computer had hardware issues so I could not deactivate the license. I went to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal to deactivate the license and did so successfully. Now after installing Nitro 11 I receive an error stating that the license number already used.
