Reast Posted February 15, 2020 Report Share Posted February 15, 2020 As I tried to activate my Nitro 12 serial number on a second device, I received an error stating "The Serial Number entered does not exist." I tried to deactivate the original device and it successfully deactivated it, but now will not reactivate on either device. The serial number is correct and I can see active devices using this number in the portal. I tried all of the suggestions online to no avail. Please help active my licenses.
