This is a Nitro Pro 6 serial number.

Unfortunately, we can no longer offer support for Nitro Pro 6 as it was discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy:

Right, so per my original post, I wanted to deactivate and upgrade the license to the latest release. How do we go about doing that? I assume there is at least an upgrade path (cost-wise)?!

Hi Leslie,

Just revisiting this, as we had some crazy couple of weeks due to the Corona. The link you sent me to is where I started - I contacted sales, and they said to create a forum topic here.

As you may recall, we wanted to deactivate and upgrade the license to the latest release. We understand that there will be a cost involved, but don't know what the process is.

Happy to contact sales if they can provide us with a quote to activate.
