Newly installed trial version shows as expired

I just downloaded the Nitro Pro 13 trial today and installed it. However, when I start the program, it says Expired Trial. I also tried deleting of the nalpreon file folder in ProgramData and that did not work.
Can you please unlock my trial?

Please send me your Computer ID so I can check. You can find it by going to Help >> About Nitro Pro >> Activate >> Advanced

Tried to uninstall and reinstall, same issue.       Library Version: 3.4.56.7 NSL: 13.4.56.7
