My old version was 11 and when I download the software again it upgraded to 13. After I did that my serial number won't work due to the version number difference. What do I need to do? Could you please confirm you reinstalled Nitro Pro 11 and it auto-upgraded to Nitro Pro 13? Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
