Dylans 0 Report post Posted February 17, 2020 I had to uninstall and reinstall my nitro pro software. My old version was 11 and when I download the software again it upgraded to 13. Could you please confirm you reinstalled Nitro Pro 11 and it auto-upgraded to Nitro Pro 13? Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?
