Nitro Pro - Crashing and Freezing

my nitro pro keeps crashing -- i have been a customer for a long time.  the last few months -- i have had a lot of issues and keeps crashing and freezing 

I have a lot of issues opening my nitro and pdf documents

also it does not let me create a new signature -- so i have been stuck just using what i originally created -- i had paid upgrades and paid for the product in 2 or 3 different occasions as i switch computers over the years but at this point -- i need to fix this or i need to move to another program

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 19.1.155 from the page I have provided below:

i cannot find the nitro pro folder -- nor the stamps folder 

when i download version you mentioned -- it tells me "Failed - Insufficient permissions"

i finally downloaded the cleaner and installed the version you sent -- now it tells me my ACTIVATION code is not VALID ??????

everytime i have paid upgrades -- and bought at least 3 times -- 

are you sure this is not a NITRO bug -- to get us to pay again and again ???????

 

it always happens -- very frustrated
