TLLAdmin Posted February 19, 2020 Report Posted February 19, 2020 Hi team, When trying to convert one singular file to a PDF, the following message appears: "Limit reached for the number of files you can process for this task. Please reduce the number of files and try again." Please advise how to resolve this issue ASAP. Nitro pro was recently uninstalled and re-installed however the same issue remains.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 19, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Posted February 19, 2020 Hello @TLLAdmin, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? -Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -A copy of the file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
TLLAdmin Posted February 19, 2020 Author Report Posted February 19, 2020 Hi @AllainU -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? I've been using using Nitro pro 11 for about 2yrs but about 2 weeks ago I uninstalled Nitro pro 11 because it was crashing my computer. I downloaded Nitro pro 12 and have been using the free trial. Free trial expired today so I uninstalled Nitro pro 12 and reinstalled Nitro pro 11 and activated it using the old serial number. Now I’m having issues converting and combining files using Nitro pro 11. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Nitro pro 11 the second time but the same issue is still there. -Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Nitro Pro 11.0.5.271 -A copy of the file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Just to clarify, the issue is occurring for all files (not just the one file). I'm also having issues combining files, even if they're already in PDF format. Thank you
