Activation Issue

Hi, i reinstall my computer, and now i cannot activate my license. The nitro says that i have reached the maximum number of laptop, but when i go to support page, my serial number got an error message that this is not a valid license. And my trial nitro pro shows, that my software is an expired software. Could you help me how to activate again my nitro. I bought Your cleverbridge reference number: 206xxxxxx, this

Hello @daniel m,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Thanks for your reply.

I have an installer for version 10.5.1.17. This version accepts my key which is in format NP10xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

However, this version is not working properly (the Nitro print driver does not install).

I have downloaded the newest version from the knowledge base (10.5.9.9 I think) which fixes the print driver issue but activation requires a key in a different format ( xxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx ).

Your help is greatly appreciated!
