Invalid license number when I try to deactivate

Hi, I am trying to move a license of Nitro 9 over to another computer and when I try to deactivate it off the old computer I receive an Invalid license number error (error 20).  This is odd since the license serial number is already entered and was validated when I bought the software long ago. Please help me.  THanks.

Thanks for posting here!

I can only see a version 8 key when I used your email address to search for your records.

Please completely uninstall Nitro and then reinstall using the correct version 8 installer: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464
