Nitro 12 not opening small pdf files less than 100kb in size

Nitro 12 is failing to open small pdf files (i.e. files less than 100kb in size).  I know the files are not corrupted since i am able to view the same files in Sumatra pdf and PDF24.

Is there a setting in Nitro that i need to enable/disable to allow viewing of such small files?   Or is my copy of Nitro in need of re-installation to address some glitch?

Please try doing a cleanup and then reinstall.

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574 from the page I have provided below:

If the issue continues, please send us a sample file so we can test that on our end.
