TMM 0 Report post Posted February 19, 2020 I have installed version 13.9.1.255 Nitro Pro and it has capabilities to print from Microsoft Word 2010 Version 14.0.7194.5000 into PDF. I get a "An Unknown Error occurred". What can be done? Please help. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Upon checking my resources, Office 2010 is no longer supported therefore no fixes or tests will be conducted to address any issues with how Nitro Pro 13 is processing documents from Office 2010. You may want to check Technical Specifications for Nitro Pro in this article: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/technical-details At the moment, the only option is to upgrade to newer versions of MS Office.
