When activating, I used the S/N from the old computer displayed on the About page, which contains both numbers and letters. The s/n was rejected for that reason. I tried both with the leading "NP" and without but received the same error. The specific version is 10.5.1.17. How can have the S/N verified? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
