Kelly D
Allain: Finding it almost impossible to get help here. My Nitro Pro 9 keeps freezing up and shutting down. I do have a trial version of the newest Nitro Pro running. I'm trying to uninstall both of them but I keep getting this error message Something is blocking Nitro Pro from proceeding NitroPDF.exe is being held by the following process: NitroPDF, IdL , Windows Title: Nitro Pro. Close that application and retry. I have no other .pdfs or nitro applications running when I get this. What do I do. This is becoming an unworkable situation.
